Conforming or fitting into an existing form, is made possible by including and transcending the intentions to implement and follow.
To implement is to put something into effect, and to follow is to take direction from another. Thus conforming, in this case, is putting something into effect according to another's direction.
Outcomes associated with conforming include contribution where something that is given fits an expressed need, and organization, in which a role fits into a specific structure. Respecting someone, honoring them for who they are, results in this case, from transcending the intentions to lead and follow.
To lead, is to provide direction that another can follow, and to follow is to take action according to another's direction. Thus alignment around direction occurs when, whether a person's intention is to lead or to follow, intentions are mutually respected; when each is respecting the other.

Innovation is the process of creating something new and implementation is the process of putting something into effect. Thus, realizing is creating something new and puting it into effect.
